Detailed Description
The Language of coaching
is a reliable "language system" that enables a coach to deliver a service
that gets results. Remember the number one criteria of every client of
coaching is... results! At the same time, the process creates amazing
growth opportunities for the client AND the coach.
Coaching is... bringing out
the greatness in people
Coaching is... inspiring an individual or team to produce a desired result
through personalized teaching, expanding awareness and designing
environments.
To be a masterful coach you
must be able to...
1) Clarify intentions and
objectives - including learning objectives - that inspire and challenge your
client AND give them the distinct feeling that with your help they can do
it! You help them create one or several areas of focus for their primary
expressions of energy: thoughts, feelings and actions.
In this phase you must
establish your credibility as a guide and trusted advisor. We teach
you how to do this in the CoachVille Clarifier System.
2) Deliver personalized
learning in a way that fully expresses and leverages your knowledge and
experience AND draws upon the (often latent) wisdom and talents of the
client. Mastery of this process is achieved when you know when to
"share" and when to "draw out" through questions and challenges.
In this phase you must
establish your capabilities as a teacher AND strategic thinker. We
teach you how to do this in our CoachVille Certified Coach Proficiencies
program.
3) Expand the clients
awareness of what is REALLY happening "inside them" and "around them".
As soon as the client attempts to get into action on the new objective
"problems, blocks and internal conflicts" will arise. This is a
natural part of EVERY quest toward a new objective and each one presents a
unique opportunity for personal exploration and growth for the client AND
the coach.
Remember, as a coach, you
attracted this client and this problem into your life for your own
evolutionary purposes.
This process requires that
the coach have a depth of understanding of human nature (awareness of the
eternal balance of darkness and light) AND good old fashioned problem
solving skills!
We teach you how to do this
with incredible power and grace in the brand new "Action Pattern" Coaching
program. In this phase you establish yourself as a truly powerful ally
to the client because they can "feel" the power and freedom that comes from
awareness AND see real practical results in their ability to get things
done.
4) Design the clients'
environments to create sustainable results. This is an essential part
of the coaching process that has been virtually ignored until now.
Human beings are always evolving by adapting to the environment AND
designing the environment to match their "energy resonance" at the same
time. So if you help the client change on the "inside", you have to
help them change the "outside" too. If you don't the "old" environment
will "devolve" them back to the way they were before, EVERY TIME.
The first part of the design
process is to help the client become aware of the nine personal environments
and resolve all the obvious blocks. This is a truly liberating process
for most people.
The final step is to design
the environment to inspire the greatness within the client. This is
done through the co-creation of "pattern language". You help the
client create environments that "feel" like pure aliveness for them so that
their best work is naturally drawn out rather than "forced". This
process can literally take several years and becomes a rich area of focus
for the client and coach once the basic "goals" are reached.

Fields. In this phase you establish yourself as a lifetime partner in
achievement and fulfillment.
