CoachVille Refund Policy

At CoachVille we want you to be satisfied, and we guarantee our services to you under the following terms and conditions.

Programs, Teleclasses, eCourses and Products ?

Except in case of defect of product or necessary cancellation of an event, no cash refunds are issued.  CoachVille ?store? credit is offered for all cancelled purchases up to the day the event starts.  The sale of a eCourse or product may only be cancelled if CoachVille is notified within the first 48 hours after a sale, excluding Holidays and weekends.

Conferences

This applies to: on-site, single or multi-day events. We accept cancellations up to 30 days (one month) before the event. We will grant a cash back refund of 50% of the initial purchase OR a complete transfer to another person OR a 100% refund in CoachVille credit which is good for other purchases at CoachVille. Due to seating space and venue obligations, no refund, transfer or credit can be granted 29 days or closer to the event.

To cancel a registration for any of our events and request a Coachville Credit, please send an e-mail to: billing@CoachVille.com.  A representative will contact you and confirm your request within 2 standard business days.  For your additional reference, you can also view this policy in our Member Services area.
