| What People Are Saying! A Fast Tracker... Right now I am in Physician Recruitment - helping doctors find jobs! One of the reasons that coaching appeals to me is because it allows you to do what Dave said on the conference call - unleash the greatness in people...help them realize the truths of who they are and how they were created so that they can more effectively reach those around them and make a difference in other people's lives. I think it's a ripple effect - if you can help somebody see their own potential, call out the good in them and inspire them, then they will be able to really make an impact on others because they are acting from the core of who they are. The beauty of it is that each person has their own set of gifts...so they're going to use them in different ways to impact the world arond them!

Franchise for over ten years and putting two children through college, I decided it was time to make a transition in my own life. I had been very successful in assisting others startup and run a successful franchise of their own. I found genuine gratification in working with people as they made big changes in their lives and realized I wanted to continue to give back what I had learned. After, using my skills by becoming a Virtual Assistant my true passion began to show through. It was the love of being part of someone else’s life as they made their own transitions that seemed to really gratify me. So with the transferable skills I had acquired I naturally transitioned into a practice of collaborating with others to build their businesses and personal lives to a level of their own success. I now do this through a combination of Coaching and Administrative Assistance. In this I am able to utilize my skills, talents and gifts by assisting others to create great lives, lives that express their talents, lives that serve others and make a contribution. Through this I am able to make a positive difference for others and enjoy life for myself.
I have also learned that Coaching is a great tool for any small business owner in any facet of their business. Learning how to coach gives confidence to the owner in running their business along with the skills to communicate with and inspire their employees. These tools then have a ripple effect in that in having happy employees the owner has in turn happy customers and with content customers the owner has a successful business.
