Learning the CoachVille
Coaching System
Wondering
what the 15 Coaching Proficiencies, Life Frameworks, Client
Deliverables, Listening Clarifiers and Communication Style Points are,
how to use them, and how to integrate them into your coaching? In this
one hou r class, we'll help you to get your
arms around these components so that you can weave them into your
coaching. The 15 Proficiencies and the related elements comprise the
Certified Coach designation. Note that we won't be training you on the
15 Proficiencies themselves during this class, but that we will be
describing them and showing you how the whole coaching process works.

The chart has the following columns:
- Item - This is the
name and description of the item to complete.
- Materials - All the
content, including learning guides and real audio, for the syllabus item
will be in this column. To use these materials, just click on the link.
- Completion Tracking -
In this column, you can track whether you've completed the item to your
satisfaction. If you hit "mark complete", the page will reload
and you will see a checkmark in this field. If there is already and
checkmark, you can hit "mark incomplete" and the page will
reload and the checkbox will disappear.
If the item is a quiz, this column will have a link
to take the quiz and any of your prior scores from taking that quiz.
- Teleclass
- For certain certification programs, CoachVille
is required to verify your attendance before granting you credit. During
the teleclass, one word will be given at the
beginning of the class. A second word will be given at the end of the
class.
To get credit for the class, return to the syllabus and hit
"enter code". Fill in the
code. If the code matches what was given in class, this column will then update
and say "Attended".
