Marketing Opportunities

Marketing Opportunities position your company as a major contributor to the CoachVille Annual Conference, showcasing your corporate brand and commitment to the coaching industry before a very open, successful and affluent audience. In attendance will be between 700 – 1000 professional career coaches and entrepreneurs:

• International audience
• 55% women
• $85,000 average salary
• Average age approximately 37

There are marketing opportunities in two forums - speakers and events. Title is $100,000 which includes the Exclusive Gala Event. All sponsors are entitled to further negotiations on benefits; we recognize the need for an excellent return on your investment and we plan to assist to make it happen.

All sponsors will receive the following standard pre-conference and post conference benefits :

Pre-Conference Benefits:

• Internet Advertising : Your organization will be listed on the Conference website. This will include a 50-word description of your service/product along with a link to your home page. This will increase traffic to your site. Title (Gala Event Sponsor) will be provided with internet linkage for the next year.

• Member Mailings : One 50-word ad of your service/product in CoachVille all-member e-mail newsletter “Today's Coach” (50,000+ subscribers). Title Sponsor will participate for the next six months.

• Conference Mailings : One 50-word ad of your service/product in CoachVille e-mails to all registered attendees.

• Press Releases : Your organization will be recognized as a sponsor within any and all national public relations efforts. CoachVille will write and distribute a press release announcing your participation. This will reinforce national recognition for your organization and awareness of your brand.

Post-Conference Benefits:

• Conference Mailings : One 50-word ad of your service/product in CoachVille's post-conference e-mail to all registered attendees. This will reinforce organization recognition and brand awareness.

• All investors providing $30,000 or more will be included in all membership mailings for the next six months.

Events

Exclusive Gala Event
On-site Benefits:

• Exclusive Event : Your organization will receive exclusivity at the Gala Event receiving on-stage recognition during meetings as well as the event. This will also include your organization's logo to be highlighted as you enter the main ballroom and reserved seating for all of your staff. Recognition of the Gala Event will be provided on stage during the event. CEO will have the opportunity to be recognized and say a “few words.”

• VIP Conference Passes : Leverage your own professional and business development initiatives with 6 complimentary conference passes and 6 complimentary pre-conference workshop passes for employees. In addition, your organization will receive reserved seating and complimentary passes to the Farewell Brunch for all of your staff.

• Exhibit: One draped table located outside ballroom of the Gala for your tabletop display to showcase your products/services while attendees' impressions are “top-of-mind”. In addition, one 10' x 10' booth space consisting of up to 3 skirted tables located within the Exhibitor Fair for your tabletop display to showcase your products/services creating additional visibility for your organization.

• Conference Program Advertising: One full page B&W Ad will be printed within Conference Program. All attendees receive a copy of the program within their conference packet.

• Other potential marketing opportunities as suggested by corporate investor.

Exclusive Gala Event - $100,000

• Exclusive Event Investment : Your organization will receive exclusivity at the Cajun Event receiving on-stage recognition during meetings as well as the event. This will also include your organization's logo to be highlighted as you enter the meeting room and reserved seating for all of your staff.

• VIP Conference Passes : Leverage your own professional and business development initiatives with 3 complimentary conference passes and 3 complimentary pre-conference workshop passes for employees. In addition, your organization will receive reserved seating and complimentary passes to the Farewell Brunch for all of your staff.

• Event Investment : Your organization will receive recognition as an investor of the Mardi Gras Parade Opener Event receiving on-stage recognition during the event. This will also include your organization's logo to be highlighted as you enter the meeting room.
